Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, store, protect, retain and delete personal data and Amazon Selling Partner API data. This policy applies to scalerpath.com and to the ScalerPath Platform.

Data we collect
Three categories, collected for distinct purposes.
Information you give us
Name, email address, and company or brand name, submitted through our contact form or provided during onboarding.
Selling Partner API data
Data authorized by the seller and retrieved through Amazon's Selling Partner API.
- Sales and traffic data
- Inventory data
- Advertising data
- Financial settlement data
How the service is used
Technical logs generated when you access the Platform, used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
How we use it
Solely to provide the service
Amazon Information is used solely to provide Platform dashboards, reporting and forecasting to the authorized account owner. We do not use it for any other purpose.
No secondary use
- Never sold
- Never used for advertising
- Never used to train models
Storage and protection
Data is encrypted in transit via TLS and encrypted at rest.
Restricted by job function
Access to stored data is restricted by job function and granted only to personnel who require it to operate the service. Credentials are never hardcoded and never shared.
Controls, monitoring and response
We maintain network controls, monitoring, and an incident response plan that provides for notification within 24 hours of a confirmed security incident.
Sharing
Only the authorizing account owner
Amazon Information is visible only to the owner of the authorizing seller account. It is not shared with other customers and it is not sold.
Infrastructure providers only
Amazon Information is not disclosed to third parties except cloud infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the service. Those providers are bound by confidentiality and security obligations equivalent to our own.
Retention and deletion
30 days after delivery
Personally identifiable information from Amazon orders is retained no longer than 30 days after order delivery, except where tax or legal obligations require a longer period.
Life of the account
Aggregate, non-identifying data is retained for the life of the account so that historical trends and reporting remain available.
Within 30 days
All data is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request, or within 30 days of the seller revoking Selling Partner API authorization.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may exercise the following rights over your personal data.
- Access. Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction. Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete your personal data.
- Portability. Receive your personal data in a structured, machine readable format.
- Objection. Object to processing of your personal data.
